1. Defective or Faulty Items Within 7 Days
If an item appears to be defective or faulty within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt:

• Miknutech will arrange collection of the item at no cost to the customer.

• The item will be sent to the manufacturer or its official distributing agent for technical assessment.

• If the item is confirmed to be defective and covered under warranty, Miknutech will repair or replace the item at no cost to the customer.

• If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 (seven) days.

2. Warranty Returns
If a product becomes defective within the warranty period:

• The customer is responsible for returning the item to Miknutech at their own expense.

• Upon confirmation that the defect is covered under warranty, Miknutech will repair or replace the item and return it at no cost.

• If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7 (seven) days of confirmation.

3. Change-of-Heart Returns
We do not accept returns based on a change of heart. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item under the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 7 (seven) days from receipt of order.

• It must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• All return costs are for the purchaser’s account.

• Upon receipt, the item will be inspected by a manager.

• If accepted, Miknutech will refund the purchase price, less a 15% restocking/handling fee.

4. General Terms

• Returns must be coordinated with Miknutech customer service prior to shipping.

• Miknutech reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with this policy.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 (seven) working days once approved.

Miknutech ships only within South Africa using trusted third-party courier partners. At checkout, customers can choose from the following delivery options:

• Free Shipping – Orders over R1000 qualify for free delivery.

• Standard Shipping – R150 flat rate nationwide. Delivery within 3–6 working days.

• Express Shipping – R300 flat rate nationwide. Delivery within 2–3 working days.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as strikes, extreme weather conditions, or courier delays.

Miknutech PTY LTD will not be held liable for any late deliveries once an order has been dispatched to the courier. Tracking information will be provided, and any delivery-related queries should be directed to the courier company.
